The project entailed undertaking a ‘white boxing’ specification refurbishment to Arch Unit SU04 at London Bridge Station. The unit has been created to provide Network Rail with a retail unit that can be used for short-term lets and pop up units in this busy part of the Retail Arcade at London Bridge Station. The project was undertaken in a short timescale to enable the unit to be ready in time for use in the Christmas trading season.
