The project entailed undertaking a ‘white boxing’ specification refurbishment to Arch Unit SU04 at London Bridge Station. The unit has been created to provide Network Rail a retail unit that can be used for short term lets and pop up units in this busy part of the Retail Arcade at London Bridge Station. The project was undertaken in a short timescale in order to enable the unit to be ready in time for use in the Christmas trading season.
