We are pleased to announce that Spence have secured the above contract for The Office Group.
The project aims to refurbish the 4th Floor, Block A of MacMillan House at Paddington Station to be used as offices.
Works have already started on site with a fast track programme and completion in early May.
The works will be delivered by our Major Projects team, headed up by Jack Dugdale.
