We are pleased to say that Spence have recently undergone another BSI surveillance audit with great success. The objective of the assessment was to find positive evidence to demonstrate how the requirements of the management standard are effectively addressed by our own management system in order to maintain our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification.
Among other points, the audit report highlighted the communication of company policies; the effective setting, measuring and reviewing of Health & Safety objectives; and our process for recording incidents, Close Calls, Improvement Events and non-conformances as good practice.
