Our team at Spence has transformed the old cabin bar into a stunning enclosed retail space, ready to welcome new tenants under Network Rail’s stewardship.

This project features a striking spiral staircase seamlessly connecting to the mezzanine terrace and patented glazing designed to meet SIDOS requirements. Expertly crafted steelwork and balustrading showcase precision engineering, achieved with the help of a spider crane – an unsung hero behind the scenes.
