We are looking for an Estimator with experience in construction to lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and support the delivery of competitive, well-informed project bids. This role requires collaboration across the Pre-Construction and wider team shaping competitive bids and ensuring financial viability. Strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential to support project planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Review drawings, specifications, and other documentation to understand project scope and requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather pricing and ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.
- Evaluate tender documents and contribute to bid submissions, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with client expectations.

Monitor project budgets and provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle to support financial control and decision-making.
