Jonathon has been with the business since its inception in 2005. Appointed Managing Director in 2017, he now leads Spence with the support of our board of directors.
Luke Spence leads Spence’s pre-construction department, overseeing estimating and bids. Since 2005, he has risen from on-site roles to leadership, bringing extensive industry knowledge and experience to the team.
With 25 years in construction and 12 at Spence, Jack excels in the rail and commercial sectors, leveraging his commercial expertise to deliver solutions for complex, challenging projects.
With 37 years in construction and 12 at Spence, Simon excels in leadership and teamwork. A sports enthusiast, he’s played cricket at Lords and the FA Cup 1st Round.
Tim brings over 25 years of construction expertise, including 10 with Spence, specialising in leadership and excellence. Fun fact: Tim was born in vibrant Mexico City, blending cultures and experience.
Manish has 23 years in construction, including 10+ years at Spence, specialising in financial reporting, cash management, and auditing. A film buff, he’s watched Pulp Fiction over 100 times!
