Spence is proud to have completed the conversion of a former void space at London Bridge for Network Rail, this area is now ready for a new retailer to join the concourse retail offering. Storage areas were also created for vital station operations.
In partnership with Lydon Goode (Architect) and Mienhart (Design), this 26-week project delivered a transformative structural revamp featuring a steel frame, a striking staircase, and new RC slabs for three functional floors. Retail-focused enhancements include a glazed entrance, signage bars, terrazzo floors, and a restored front elevation. Future-ready services were also incorporated, such as sprinkler mains, drainage, and updated fire and PAVA systems. A big thanks to our team and partners for making this vision a reality!
