Spence’s Maintenance Team have closed out a fourth year of arch inspections with a 100% completion rate, gaining praise from client Network Rail.
Forward planning and teamwork between all parties, including the tenants, means that a total of 92 arches were able to be completed with 2 more vacant arches ready to be inspected in the next couple of weeks.
As per previous years, there were no accidents or incidents and works ran smoothly with no interruptions.
The team is now gearing up for Year 5 works.
